I built my career inside the messy middle — where creative ideas are strong, but systems are weak. After leading creative operations at ATTN:, VICE, and Warner Music Group, I launched MDP to fix what others avoid.

I sincerely doubt employees who fear that they may be laid off will be able to develop…Employees make valuable contributions in their respective fields, so I believe that laying off a group of employees will not help to strengthen…business in the long run.
